Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was a comfortable space designed for a family of four, fully equipped for a pleasant stay, though initially too warm which affected our sleep. However, the front desk swiftly addressed it when notified, ensuring a more restful second night.
The hotel had plenty of quality sunbeds and was central for everything we needed, but there was substantial water leakage which was a bit of a downside during my stay back to Lazise between 31st of March and 4th April 2015. However, it is excellent for being near all the major parks in the Garda area.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, facing the hotel garden, were perfect and spacious, offering access to a nice pool and clean facilities. However, the view from our room next to a busy road was not great. The value for money was decent considering the comfortable and clean accommodations.
My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and definitely worth the additional price. The beds were very comfy, and we even had a sofa bed for our son to sleep in. The hotel restaurant was spacious, but the only letdown was the location.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough for three adults and one child, although having to pay for a boiled egg at breakfast was a bit unexpected. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful. The pool was great, but the standard breakfast could have been better for a 4-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had comfy beds, including a sofa bed for our son. However, the service was lacking, with not enough staff for the restaurant and an unfortunate incident of missing belongings. The location was convenient, close to attractions like Gardaland, which was a plus. The dining experience was average but sufficient for starting the day. The facilities were decent, making for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, but the lack of extra space made it a bit cramped for a pleasant stay. The access to the pool and facilities, including free EV charging, was a definite highlight.
The hotel offers spacious and very clean rooms with comfy beds, but the location could be better. The service was nice and friendly, but some areas may not be perfect for very young kids. The location is central to amenities and public transport, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was mixed, with chaos during peak times. The facilities are decent overall.
The hotel room was spacious with 2 Queen size beds, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade for our honeymoon. The location was a letdown, but the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nice little fridge.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfy beds and even a sofa bed for our son, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the breakfast room and terrace for 4 out of the 7 days due to hotel meetings, which was a bit of a downside.
